LES BOUTS DE CHOUX (18 months to 3 years old)
This hour-long program designed to introduce children to the wonderful world of French sounds and books, features interactive play with parent/guardian, songs, stories, finger plays and crafts. Research shows that birth through age five is the most important time for children to develop their brains and attitudes toward reading and learning, at the Alliance Française of Providence, we encourage children to become open to different languages and sounds and to be lifelong learners!
Les bouts de choux Mondays 9-9.45am with Laure, starting January 9th, 2012, 10 weeks ($160).
SMART STEPS TO FRENCH : A NEW INTERNATIONAL TEACHING PROGRAM

The General Delegation of the Alliance Française in the United States is pleased to announce the launch of a new French program for English-speaking children from 4 to 12 years old.
Striking the balance between fun and serious, the extensive program offers rigorous academic objectives while entertaining children with games, activities and what the Alliance is probably the most famous for... cultural immersion.
Teenagers (12-15) Fridays 5-6.30pm with Laure, starting January 13th, 2012, 10 weeks ($260/$230 for siblings).
Teenagers (15-18) Saturdays 1-2.30pm with Anja, starting January 14th, 2012, 10 weeks ($260/$230 for siblings).
We are pleased to announce that we will also be teaching our Smart steps to French children's program on the East-side! The classes will be held at the International house on 8 Stimson Avenue next to Moses Brown school.
