Learn a language and discover the world through a wide range of indoor and outdoor activities!
The AF Summer Camps are designed for children age 5-11 to learn about the wonders of cultural diversity around the world, and especially right here in our own Providence, RI. In these unique camps, we combine the magic of the arts with social studies and science as participants learn to use their hands, bodies, and questioning minds to understand the value and joy of multiculturalism, and make a personal connection with the way that people live and create around the world.
During each session, students will travel to different countries in different continents. Every day they will explore new countries through visual arts, dance, music, story telling, and the natural world. They will have fun, be surprised, and they will take creative risks as they create crafts, cook food, learn traditional dances, sing folk songs, and explore the diversity of the world.
Every 9am – 3pm day (with extended day options) will also include snacks and outdoor playtime to get wet and enjoy the sun. Each group will have a maximum of 12 students.
$150 for one week
$225 for siblings
Extended day (8-9am and/or 3-4pm):
